The city of Seattle and the surrounding areas are jam-packed with exciting adventures and beautiful landscapes that are positively breathtaking. In the Pacific Northwest, you can meander through the city for shopping and delicious cuisine, visit top attractions like the Aquarium, and hike your way through strikingly gorgeous national parks that boast towering mountains. There is also the opportunity to lend a helping hand in an awesome service project here. There is never a dull moment in Seattle, and it continues to be one of the best possible places to visit within the entire United States.

Day 1: See Seattle From Above

Depart to the city of Seattle

Take a thrilling canopy tour 

Head northwest to experience zip-lining in the beautiful treetops

Stop by to see the infamous and spectacular Space Needle 

Day 2: Service Project and Other Fun

Depart to stroll the incredible Seattle Aquarium

Eat lunch at the Public Market

Depart for the Salvation Army Food Bank Service Project

Have dinner at the delicious Lowell’s 

Day 3: Hiking the Great Outdoors

Depart for the Olympic Mountains and Rainforest for a day of outdoor exploration

Hike along the trails at the salt marsh

Eat a tasty picnic lunch

Hike the trails at Crescent Lake

Day 4: A Day in the Mountains

Depart to the magnificent Mount Rainier National Park 

Pack a filling lunch to have in the park

Explore this extraordinary park and have tons of fun snowshoeing

Day 5: City Exploration

Depart to explore the cities of either Seattle or Tacoma

Day 6: Departure Day

I have heard nothing but good things from the kids. Cam said it was the greatest spring session the school has run yet. (Cam's mom also sent an email letting me know how appreciative she was of the consideration for Cam's dietary restrictions). Angela said it was the best possible way she could think of to wrap up her senior year at CHCH.

Variety was great; amount of activities we squeezed into four days was great. I loved the challenging and fun nature of the big hike at Section 16, the whitewater rafting, and the horseback riding. It was nice to mix in some lower-energy activities that allowed the kids a bit more sense of freedom, like the hot springs, and Manitou Springs.
